We offer deliveries to our UK customers only. We always obtain proof of postage and you will be advised of tracking information. We always track any curated gift boxes we send to ensure their safe arrival and will get in touch should we be aware of any issues. Please bear with us at busier times of the year and we are thankful for your patience.
UK Orders
We are currently using Royal Mail signed for service for all gift boxes. Please note all gift boxes will require a signature on delivery (this doesn't apply at the current time due to COVID-19) and Royal Mail will sign on behalf of the recipient.
1st Class signed for - £5.39
2nd Class signed for - £4.69
Special Delivery by 1pm next working day - £11.15
Please note that it takes us 1 - 2 working days Monday - Friday to get your orders dispatched.
Any orders received after 15:00 GMT will be dispatched within the above timescales (Monday to Friday.) Thank you for your patience. If you urgently need a gift to arrive earlier then please do let me know and if possible I will get it sent earlier for you.
All letterbox gifts are sent using Royal Mail 2nd class and postage is included for all of our letterbox gifts.
We will occasionally use couriers for any gift boxes that weigh more than 2kg. This is to try and keep postage costs as low as possible for our customers. Again, you will receive notification and tracking information for any gift box sent.
